Wow! Lần đầu tiên bác LyNhat cuả tôi mới ... chớm giới thiệu ... đấng phu nhân, cũng là người hàng ngày đưa cháu đi học và đón cháu về! Hèn chi, gần gũi với cháu như vậy, nên mới có những cơ hội để chụp thật nhiều h́nh cho cháu!
Chúng ta hăy chờ xem những h́nh đẹp khác!

Đây là cảnh bà xă nhỏ (lấy hồi c̣n nhỏ) chụp trước trường học :
Ghi chú : Đồng phục mầu giáo của nhà trường đủ màu, đúng là nhà trường của Liên Hiệp Quốc. Ngày nào về nhà, mấy đứa nhỏ cũng có bài tập về đọc chữ, vẽ,....cha hoặc mẹ phải kư tên và ghi ngày.
Hầu như tuần nào nhà trường cũng có gởi giấy tờ về xem và có dịch sang Tiếng Việt cho những phụ huynh không biết Tiếng Anh.

NATR dzô đây hổng có tán dóc cũng hổng có bốc phét mà là rất thực t́nh để nói câu: Cám ơn bác Lư đă ghé thăm bịnh.
Thố cơm hôm bữa NATR lỡ dại ăn hết luôn , không cho JD ăn miếng nào hết nên báo hại bị bị no cành hông lun ...hehehe...lần sau Bác Lư đi thăm bịnh nhớ mang món khác nghen.

Nghe JD lại "Nhà Thuơng" thăm Ngayaytinhroi thiệt là mừng cho hai vị. Nhưng đă lỡ ghé vào nhà cho nên hỏi thăm vài câu. Nếu JD lại "Nhà Ghét" mới là chuyện to.

That subject can be anything such as investment, business, personal growth, photography, v..v.
Have A Time And Plan To Grow :
- Listen to audio lessons every day while you are driving or washing dishes.
- Read at least one book a month.
- Learn from others in their own fields.
- File quotations, stories and ideas that I find as I learn.
Any time you discover that a book, CD, conference, conversation or person doesn’t hold the value you’d hoped for, move on. Don’t waste your time on anything of low value.
Finally, practice what you learn. Very important.

Keep in mind certain considerations regarding your critic :
1) Is it someone whose character your respect? Adverse criticism from a wise man is more to be desired than the enthusiastic approval of a fool.
2) Is this person frequently critical? Is criticism a pattern? If so, don’t place too much value in what they say. Possibly it’s a way to get attention. Criticism from a positive person, on the other hand, probably deserves your attention.
3) We are approved by God; we don’t have to win the approval of others and look good in their eyes. We are not perfect people. Remember that people who are busy rowing seldom have time to rock the boat.

Bác làm việc cho thư viện trường Đại Học thích nhỉ, tha hồ mà đọc sách tham khảo. Cháu th́ dân chạy xe taxi, chữ nghĩa chẳng bao nhiêu.
Lớp già thường th́ bảo thủ “conservative”, lớp trẻ thường th́ có tinh thần mạo hiểm. Hai cái tư tưởng dung ḥa với nhau th́ có nhiều cái hay sẽ ra đời.
Cháu th́ thích đọc sách của ông Earl Nightingale, Zig Ziglar, John C. Maxwell, Brian Tracy, Napoleon Hill, v..v. Những ông này là ông già, nhưng đọc sách và nghe dĩa “audio CD” của mấy ổng, tinh thần cháu rất là thoải mái sau một ngày làm việc mệt nhọc
Thí dụ như cháu nghe dĩa “audio CD” – “Lead The Field” hơn mấy chục lần của ông Earl Nightingale mà không thấy chán, càng nghe càng mê.
Ghi chú : Cháu th́ thích mua sách hơn là mượn sách. Cháu có thể viết mực đỏ, đánh dấu những đều ḿnh thích. Cháu thành công hay không là nhờ những cuốn sách này mà ra.

Isn't it amazing that George Carlin - comedian of the 70's and 80's - could write something so very eloquent...and so very appropriate..
A Message by George Carlin:
The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways , but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.
We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.
We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.
We've learned how to make a living, but not a life. We've added years to life not life to years. We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We've done larger things, but not better things.
We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We've conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. I believe the reason we had so many outstanding leaders in the early part of our country’s history is the fact that, according to the Thomas Jefferson Research Institute, in the days when the men you were mentioning were growing up, over 90 percent of the educational thrust was of moral, ethical, religious nature. And yet, by the 1950s the percentage of that same educational thrust was so small it could not be measured. I wonder if that’s the reason three million Americans in 1776 produced Washington, Madison, Jefferson, Hamilton, Adams, etc, and why in the year 2002 we have no one to equal the men of that caliber.

It's about this that I want to talk with you. We live today in a golden age. This is an era that humanity has looked forward to, dreamed of, and worked toward for thousands of years. We live in the richest era that ever existed on the face of the earth ... a land of abundant opportunity for everyone.
However, if you take 100 individuals who start even at the age of 25, do you have any idea what will happen to those men and women by the time they're 65? These 100 people believe they're going to be successful. They are eager toward life, there is a certain sparkle in their eye, an erectness to their carriage, and life seems like a pretty interesting adventure to them.
But by the time they're 65, only one will be rich, four will be financially independent, five will still be working, and 54 will be broke — depending on others for life's necessities.
Only five out of 100 make the grade! Why do so many fail? What has happened to the sparkle that was there when they were 25? What has become of the dreams, the hopes, the plans ... and why is there such a large disparity between what these people intended to do and what they actually accomplished?

Em th́ không thích chơi chứng khoán bởi v́ có nhiều ông giám đốc tham lam và bất tài. Thí dụ như ông Robert Nardelli, CEO của công ty Home Depot, hàng năm lănh 38 triệu đô cộng thêm tiền bồi dưỡng 3 triệu mỗi năm. Chứng khoán sụt thấy tệ nhưng lúc nghỉ việc lại được bồi thường thêm 210 triệu.
C̣n nhiều ông của những công ty khác nữa.
Em chơi nhà cửa xài tiền của người dưng (ngân hàng), tự ḿnh làm chủ, tiền lời bao nhiêu bỏ túi hết.

chao ông bạn, lâu ngày không gặp, daọ này xổ toàn tiếng "ang-lê" và "ăn-nho" không à, tôi chẳng hiểu ǵ ráo. Công việc làm vẩn ăn sung mặc sướng chứ. ?
Tôi thấy ông viết cái câu của ông cụ Buffet đó mà tôi hơi thắc mắc. Ông ta chính là người chủ truong diversify trong thi trường đó nhé (xin lổi tôi không biết dịch chử này là sao cho chính xác, hắc nhờ Bác OT. Nếu ông chịu khó xem lại thời kỳ Clinton c̣n tại vị thỉ ông Buffet đă mua thật nhiều utilities stock, những người stock holders của ông ta cũng đă ngạc nhiên . Ông ta biết thời thế nhờ vây mà thành công. Ông bạn có bao nhiêu cái BRK-A hay BRK-B, chỉ cấn vái cái chúng chỉ này là ông sẻ sung túc măn đ̣i rối
Tôi dang dùng steroid tri cái chân đau, nói bậy bạ cho qua ngày v́ ngoài việc năm 1 chổ chảng c̣n viêc ǵ để làm cà, thông cảm nhé
